Specific Training is centered around identifying deficiencies in your strength capabilities and fixing them!

Why strength? We are going to go out on a limb here and assume your main interest is reducing your pain or discomfort.

While the bulk of our sessions will be utilising massage and other hands on therapies, in some cases this may only be addressing half the problem.
